Joe Rogan Reacts To Mike Tyson Showing Off Incredible Speed And Power In New Training Clip

Long-time UFC commentator Joe Rogan has admitted that he was blown away at Mike Tyson training ahead of a sensational boxing comeback.

Tyson, 53, shared the new footage on his social channels on Friday as he rolled back the years to show off the blistering speed and ferocious power on the pads.

And Rogan, who has had Tyson on his podcast before, took to social media to share his excitement about Tyson preparing for his return to the squared circle.

The 52-year-old UFC interviewer wrote on Instagram: "OH SHIT!!! Don't get me excited about this!!!"

'Iron' Mike started trending on Twitter after posting the training clip and fans flooded social media with messages.

"He's the only fighter ever I'd be genuinely frightened of getting in the ring with. Just scared before the ring walk!" one Twitter user wrote.

A second tweeted: "No-one touches or gets near a prime Iron Mike, frightening speed and power."

And a third added: "Imagine catching one Mike Tyson punch in the face, my skull would crack."

While a fourth fan posted: "Look at the power of them body shots! Does anyone around now come close to him at his peak?"

Tyson, who retired from boxing in 2005, revealed last month that he was training as part of plans to compete in four-round exhibition fights for charity.

The 'Baddest Man on the Planet' told US rapper TI in an Instagram Live: "I've been hitting the mitts for the last week.

"That's been tough, my body is really jacked up and really sore from hitting the mitts.

"I've been working out, I've been trying to get in the ring, I think I'm going to box some exhibitions and get in shape.

"I want to go to the gym and get in shape to be able to box three or four-round exhibitions for some charities and stuff.

"Some charity exhibitions, make some money, help some homeless and drug-affected motherf****r like me."
