Logan Paul has been ruthlessly mocked by fight fans for his open workout ahead of facing Floyd Mayweather.

Paul held an open workout ahead of his blockbuster exhibition bout against Mayweather this weekend.

However, he failed to impress fans who savagely took aim at the YouTuber's technique as he worked on a heavy bag.

Paul hit the heavy bag during his workout, but flattered to deceive - with rival Dillon Danis even poking fun at him on social media.

One tweeted: "Logan looks like a novice hitting the bag just to hit it, while Floyd looks methodical and technical on the bag like a f**king sniper."

A second wrote: "Yeah he's not connecting a single shot on Floyd."

A third added: "He has more chance of knocking himself out than he has of catching Floyd with any of those sloppy shots."

Another commented: "I actually like Logan but his pad work is terrible. So very very slow. Mayweather is gonna smoke him no problem."

Despite the fan backlash, Paul is extremely confident in welcoming 'Money' back to the ring.

He said: "Exhibition my ass. This is an eight-round fight, three minutes each. 10-ounce gloves.

"I'm going to knock him out and become the greatest boxer on the planet. Then I'm going to retire and not give Floyd the rematch... He doesn't know who he's getting in the ring with.

"He really thinks I'm a YouTuber. He really thinks I'm a fake fighter. I get it. Everything that I've portrayed online says the same thing.

"But we're really about this life now. Floyd underestimating me is going to hurt him."

Paul hasn't fought since his defeat to KSI back in November 2019.

As for Mayweather, this will be his second exhibition following his retirement in August 2017.
