And the YouTube star, who has just one professional fight to his name, insists he will beat the former pound-for-pound boxing king.
What's more, Paul predicts a first round finish - savagely claiming he will "decapitate" him in their fight.
Speaking to Mauro Ranallo, he revealed: "I think I'm going to go in there and decapitate him in the first round. If it doesn't happen, we'll go for the second and then the third, and the fourth.
"Who knows it could go the distance, but it's going to be a f**king show regardless."
He added: "Anything can happen. Mentally, I prepare for the best and I prepare for the worst.
"For those people telling me that it's impossible, you'd be lying if you said there wasn't a chance that I could beat him."
As for Mayweather, he has "no strategy" ahead of his eagerly-awaited comeback.
He said: "No strategy, I've just gotta show up. If I want it to go one round, it'll go one round. If I want it to go two, (it'll go) two. It's all up to me."
The exhibition between Mayweather and Paul headlines the pay-per-view card, which also features ex-NFL star Chad Johnson and former world champion Badou Jack.
