He's only been training for a number of weeks but Eddie Hall has already lost some serious weight since he began preparing for his boxing match against 'The Mountain' Hafthor Bjornsson.

The 32-year-old, who weighed well over 30 stone when he was crowned The World's Strongest Man in 2017, recently revealed an impressive 22lbs weight loss ahead of the scheduled bout in September 2021.

Hall posted the following picture on his official Instagram page with the caption: "Just back from an afternoon bike ride with the kids. Sitting at 164kg so overall 10kg lost and feeling great for it."

You can clearly see Eddie's trimmed down physique in his most recent posts.

Hall's recent Instagram activity comes just days after 'The Mountain' Hafthor Bjornsson gave fans an update of his own - an even more impressive 18kg weight loss.

The Game of Thrones actor referenced a "killer morning session" in the gym and said his weight had dropped from 206kg to 188kg, which is just under 40lb of bulk.

Bjornsson actor broke Hall's deadlift world record when he lifted 501kg at his gym in Iceland at the start of May.

And now he's ready to try and break him in the ring. These guys are taking this very seriously and it's great to see.

Hall himself recently highlighted his own remarkable body transformation after setting himself the task of performing 100 sit-ups per day for 30 days.

"Now I'm going to start dropping bodyweight and getting fit," the 32-year-old said.

"I'm going to attempt 100 sit-ups. I don't think I'll get there, but it's a building process... Rome wasn't built in a day!

"So I'm going to try and do 100 sit-ups every day, a little bit of boxing work and then I'm going to go for a bike ride and start dropping the pounds.

"I am currently today 385lbs, which is 175kg. In English terms? It's about 27 and three-quarter stone, so just shy of 28 stone.

"I'm going to document this journey for you guys to see."
