Eddie Hall has made dramatic changes to his diet as he prepares to fight fellow strongman Hafthor Bjornsson, aka 'The Mountain' in a boxing bout.

The 2017 World's Strongest Man's typical calorie intake was a staggering 20,000 back in the day but fast forward to the present day and he's putting away 6,000 calories.

It's still way more than your average Joe but it remains a monumental drop for 'The Beast', who has lost 36kg in the last three years.

As shown in his latest vlog, Hall is still very much enjoying his food however. After taking in a whole lot of vitamins and doing his first bit of activity, he demolishes bacon, egg and toast for his breakfast.

He consumed a 400 calorie shake and 600 calorie shake to get him through over three hours of strength and conditioning work, before he sits down again for a caribbean curry made by his wife Alexandra.

An afternoon naps allows Hall to get some much-needed rest and he then scoffs on 300gs of strawberries topped with some honey.

After a variety of boxing drills and exercises, he has a bit of the leftover lunch as a snack and then wolfs a rib-eye steak, with two large baked potatoes, around 200gs of vegetables and a dash of mayonnaise.

He then finishes the day with a final snack of four hazelnut cups along with a bit of honey and 300ml of yoghurt before hitting the hay.

It's a fascinating insight into his day-to-day training and diet - making it much easier to understand how he has been able to shed so much weight of late.

Hall was 433lbs in 2017 and recently posted a transformation whereby he'd got down to 360lbs - with some abs to show for his efforts too.

Clearly, he's working towards being more agile and quicker inside the squared circle for the strongman superfight next year, when he looks to "rip Thor's f***ing head off".
