Dillian Whyte has hit out at "diabetes" Andy Ruiz Jr for brutally mocking his KO defeat to Alexander Povetkin.
Ruiz Jr aimed a dig at Whyte after he was knocked out cold by Povetkin in their main-event bout at 'Fight Camp' earlier this month.
He taunted his heavyweight rival following the shocking result.
"I was so happy that Whyte got his a*** knocked the f**k out," Ruiz Jr said in a video posted online.

"You know why? Because he doesn't have respect for the fighters - that's what gets me p***ed off."
The former unified world champion continued to attack Whyte on social media.
He tweeted: "Stop playing the 'victim' card bro...You talk all this shit, disrespect your opponents at weigh ins, post stupid memes and now we gotta feel sorry for you cause you got KO'd?? #gtfoh."
In a response that pulled no punches, Whyte said: "Andy Ruiz is glad that he don't have to fight me.
"He's glad the only battle he's got now is just with diabetes.

"I'm not on him anymore, he's glad. Diabetes he can overcome, but he can't overcome me."
The rivalry between Whyte and Ruiz Jr continues to intensify ahead of a potential clash.

Whyte, meanwhile, is set to rematch Povetkin after triggering the immediate rematch clause.
As for Ruiz Jr, the 30-year-old hasn't fought since his defeat to Anthony Joshua last year.
He's looking in great shape ahead of his boxing comeback.
