Andy Ruiz Jr has absolutely no plans to return the favour to Anthony Joshua and allow him to hold his belts ahead of their anticipated rematch.

Before shocking the heavyweight division, Ruiz Jr paraded with Joshua's world titles during their pre-fight press conference.

The Brit handed the Mexican-American his WBA (super), WBO, IBF and IBO belts when they faced off, but the unified heavyweight champion won't be returning the favour when they next meet in Saudi Arabia.

"Hell no. He has to win first," Ruiz Jr said. "These are mine, mine to keep."

Of course, Ruiz Jr held the titles again following their June bout after he stopped Joshua in the seventh round.

And WBC heavyweight king Deontay Wilder believes he'll beat Joshua again on December 7.

"I am," the undefeated American said when asked if he's backing Ruiz Jr.

"Ruiz Jr has all the motivation and confidence that he needs from the first fight.

"I don't think he is one to dwell after obtaining a little taste of success.

"This is just the beginning, especially when you become a champion.

"You've got to stay hungry. My man Marvin Hagler said you can't get out of bed in silk pyjamas, but with the win, it was a big boost, and he has the Mexican people around him."
