A YouTuber has used Fight Night to simulate a mega-fight between UFC star Conor McGregor and boxing legend Manny Pacquiao.

TheIgorotWarrior07 virtually played out the clash on EA Sports' Fight Night and posted the result online.

The simulation begins in blistering fashion as Pacquiao drops McGregor in the first 30 seconds with a brutal body shot and uppercut combination. But McGregor takes the count and survives that round.

However, the second round is where Pacquiao earns the stoppage victory as he catches McGregor with a stinging liver shot.

The Irishman crumbled to the canvas and failed to beat the count as the referee halted the contest within one minute of round two.

A blockbuster meeting between McGregor and Pacquiao has been mooted and talks intensified following the Filipino joining the same management firm as the MMA fighter.

The 41-year-old signed a deal with McGregor's management company Paradigm Sports, who have pledged to take care of his commercial and competitive endeavours.

And speaking before his UFC comeback, McGregor spoke about a potential contest with 'Pac-Man'.

"Manny has been, we're actually close, there's been a sitch, we're actually close to signing Manny. There has been talks about the Manny fight. There was an offer made on that," he said.

"But it's a possibility? I want to box again, I will box again. I want to get a boxing world title. I would box multiple times. I love boxing, I truly love boxing. And I'm damn good."

Speaking after joining Paradigm Sports, Pacquiao said: "I am proud to partner with Paradigm Sports Management and am excited for the opportunities that Audie Attar and PSM have to offer.

"One thing I want everyone to remember is to always think positively. Never think negatively; that is the beginning of your downfall. Everything is possible."
