Who Will Win Jake Paul Vs Tyron Woodley? Prediction And Odds

Who Will Win Jake Paul Vs Tyron Woodley? Prediction And Odds

Jake Paul will go toe-to-toe with Tyron Woodley over eight rounds of boxing this weekend

Former UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley will make his professional boxing debut against Jake Paul this weekend.

Woodley first won the welterweight title in 2016 and defended it successfully four times, but has fallen off a cliff since losing his title to the great Kamaru Usman in 2019.

The 39-year-old, who has lost his last four fights, was sensationally released by the UFC earlier this year and will now try his trade in boxing, but he faces an unorthodox and unpredictable boxer in Paul.

Interestingly, Woodley is a longtime friend and teammate of MMA fighter Ben Askren, who Paul knocked out in April this year - how’s that for a storyline?

Ahead of the fight, our tipster Robert Mann takes a look at some of the best bets from Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley to get your teeth stuck into.

Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley betting tips & predictions

Jake Paul is 8/15 to win, with Tyron Woodley priced at 6/4 to come away with the victory. A draw is priced at 16/1.

Fight Winner: Tyron Woodley (6/4)

To put it simply, Woodley - priced up by bookmakers as the underdog - is no mug and deserves some respect going into this fight.

Let’s not forget something, Paul is a former Disney actor who went on to film videos in his bedroom before posting them online for the world to see.

Woodley, meanwhile, is a former UFC Welterweight Champion, with years of experience in the fight game and has faced some of the toughest opponents around today.

Group Round Betting A: Tyron Woodley In Rounds 1-4 (3/1)

Paul has finished all of his opponents so far and, even if the level of opponents were not that high in terms of experience, the 24-year-old has showed enough ability to prove himself.

However, we have not yet seen how good his defence is as nobody has been able to test him yet, but Woodley might take him into deep water.

The 39-year-old is a seasoned MMA fighter with decades of experience and we reckon he should make light work of Paul within the first four rounds.
