KSI vs Logan Paul II may have been the battle of the YouTubers but another YouTuber got one over everyone by tricking the world into believing Ed Sheeran was at the fight.
With so much attention on the Staples Centre on Saturday night, tens of thousands of fans, millions watching worldwide and plenty of security, you'd have thought it impossible to sneak in.
However YouTuber Josh Pieters managed to get himself and an Ed Sheeran impersonator in for the fight, by pretending it was actually the 'Shape of You' artist.
Pieters and Mancunian Ty, who looks a lot like Sheeran, hoodwinked their way into the arena, got pictures with YouTubers and fans and even got moved into the VIP section:
The pair make it to the very front of the seats to get a near ringside view of the action but smartly retreat back to their original seats when they realise Justin Bieber is on his way, who would have certainly recognised the singer.
As well as fooling fans and YouTubers the pranks also confused media at the show and back at home, with The Sun running the story of the British artist being there to support Londoner KSI.
Not content with fooling everyone at the show, with the pair escaping out the back of arena but still being followed by 'fans,' but the ruse continued for the after party.
'Sheeran' managed to just stroll through the queues at a very exclusive venue in LA to enjoy a night of partying, with one club PR even offering Pieters the use of a Ferrari or limo for the day.
It was a big night of celebration for 'Sheeran' and fellow Brit KSI with the man best known for his FIFA videos being victorious in the controversial rematch.
American Paul caused the only legitimate knockdown of the fight, with an uppercut in the fourth, but instead of winning the round 10-8 he was docked two points by the referee for holding and then hitting his felled opponent.
It made a huge difference to the score with 'the Maverick' losing on a split decision that would have gone his way had it not been for the penalties.
However it was Ty and Pieters who were the real winners for securing themselves a free night at one of the biggest boxing events of the year, fair play lads!
