YouTuber Simulates 'The Mountain' Vs Eddie Hall On Fight Night, One Man Dominates
A YouTuber has simulated The Mountain taking on Eddie Hall in Fight Night Champion and it's 'The Mountain' who comes out on top in dominant fashion.
'The Mountain', real name Hafthor Bjornsson, shocked the world when he deadlift 501kg (1,104 lbs) at the start of the month, breaking Hall's previous record of 500kg.
It's reignited the duo's feud and it was confirmed days later that they'll face off in a boxing match in September 2021.
If the simulation from Keep Calm And Box On is anything to go by, it'll be 'Thor' who walks out victor.
Both fighters are custom made with the only tweak being Bjornsson's height in-game is six foot seven, rather than his actual height of six foot nine.
It's the height advantage that serves the Icelandic beast best as he wins every single round on the way to victory in the sixth.
He looks to have wrapped the contest up in round five but Hall manages to push through.
Despite this, the next round sees the fight over as a slew of body shots sees the ref call for the bell and name 'Thor' as winner via KO.
The issues between the two have become extremely personal and they date back to World's Strongest Man 2017.
Bjornsson accused Hall of cheating at the competition and it's something the Brit has never forgiven him for it.
He said on the True Geordie Podcast: "This is a message for Thor. I just want to say mate - actually you're not my mate - you're a pi**k!
"You started this, you genuinely started this.
"World's Strongest Man 2017, you called me a cheat. Forget the deadlift, forget our feud... You called me a cheat and I'm gonna correct that by knocking you the f**k out!"
The 32-year-old also explained that his past boxing experience will give him the edge over his opponent, with the only footage of 'Thor' being in a sparring session.
"I think I've got a much better mental approach than him. I'm going to outwit him mentally - and I'm going to outwit him physically as well...If I'm confident, then you (Bjornsson) are f*****. If I'm confident in my head then you should f****** run.
"As long as I've got a good amount of time to train for this, I'll make sure I'm fit... I've done my little bits of boxing training. I will not gas... I'll be prepared to go the three minute rounds."
Who do you think will win when the two finally go toe to toe next year?
