BT Sport have released footage of Tyson Fury being watched by Deontay Wilder's trainer as he has his hands wrapped ahead of their fight - debunking the glove tampering conspiracy.

Fury handed Wilder the first defeat of his professional career back in February and claimed the WBC heavyweight championship.

The victory has been hit with a variety of conspiracy theories over the last few months, with Wilder's brother Marsellos recently claiming the Brit 'loaded his glove'.

Footage has now emerged of Fury's fists being wrapped in the STAPLES Center while being watched by Jay Deas, who surely would have interfered in any illegal activity.

WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman recently addressed the controversy and told Sky Sports the whole controversy is 'difficult to understand.'

"It's ridiculous. It's difficult to understand," he began. "I was present in both fights, I was in the dressing room, in both fights. Both Wilder and Fury dressing room.

"One was in California, the other one was in Nevada. In both cases, there were at least three inspectors, in each dressing room.

"I was there before and after the fight. I saw the hand wraps. And I saw them with the gloves. I was in the ring when they came into the ring, and I was sitting right there during the fight.

"At no moment, in either fight, I saw anything that would look suspicious whatsoever. After the fight, they take off the gloves, they are handed to the commission."

Fury has also had his say on the drama, with the self-proclaimed 'Gypsy King' confirming Deas was in the dressing room with him.

"This is just a quick video to address all this 'foul play' talk from Deontay Wilder and his team," the 31-year-old said in a video posted to social media.

"I've just read an article saying I might have had some 'blunt objects' in my gloves."

As Fury raised his fist, he cheekily added: "Yeah, two big 19 stone destroyers in each glove.

"Getting punched in the temple may do that do you.

"Unless Deontay Wilder's own trainer Jay Deas was in on the conspiracy as well along with all the Las Vegas Commission guys who never left the room.

"Jay Deas was in the room while I had my hands wrapped, he examined them.

"He was in there when I had my gloves put on, examined them, and everybody else was in the room, they don't leave you.

"So, everybody citing foul play - bulls**t.

"And the next time I'll put a dent in his boxing career, end it. It'll be two knockout losses in a row, bye bye forever."
