Tyson, 54, was often feared for how he created an incredibly menacing aura in his dressing room before his boxing clashes.
But on this occasion, the 'Baddest Man on the Planet' was paid a special surprise from Ali, who Tyson has held high admiration for and called him boxing's GOAT.
'The Greatest,' whose Parkinson's had visibly affected him in the clip, happily approached Tyson and playfully grabbed his arm as he pushed his fist towards his face.
'Iron' Mike eventually climbed to his feet and embraced Ali by throwing his arm around him while a photographer took a snap of the pair.
However, Ali raised his antics to the next level by sticking two fingers behind Tyson's head as he gleefully smiles.
Fans loved the embrace between the two legends and said that only Ali could be the kind of person to approach 'Iron' Mike before one of his fights.
"This is a big love between the two best boxers in history," one fan said.
A second fan added: "Imagine someone else messing with Tyson before his fight like that."
While a third fan posted: "That was like going into a Tigers [sic] den but once Mike seen it was the Iconic Ali he turned into a kitten. Mike has tremendous respect for Ali even being able to stop his kill switch right before a fight to hug Ali."

And a fourth fan simply wrote: "Legend."
Tyson has spoken with affection about Ali in the past and branded him the "real deal."
The 'Baddest Man on the Planet' explained: "I always like to think I'm a bad motherf****r. A vicious motherf****r.
"I don't give a f**k, but that's the part where Ali overshines me, because I can't understand a man that's willing to die for this.
"I talked the s**t, but he's the real deal."
