Andy Ruiz Jr has revealed that he 'ate everything' in the build-up to his rematch with Anthony Joshua.
Ruiz Jr weighed in a stone heavier than the first match and was outclassed by Joshua who reclaimed his world titles in Saudi Arabia.
The former world champion was asked by TMZ what went wrong and he replied:

"I think I ate everything ... EVERYTHING ... that's why I gained so much weight."
He also discussed partying too much in the months following his shock victory in June.
"I was having too much fun, I was celebrating too much.

"Just being with my friends and just celebrating. Drinking a few more Coronas than I should have."
The 30-year-old proclaimed he was impressed with his performance despite the wide points margin.
"Even out of shape, even the way that I was training back and forth (between Mexico and California), I did pretty good, dude! I did pretty good! But, I wish I had taken it more serious."

A third match has been rumoured and it's something Ruiz Jr would be up for.
"For the third fight, I'm gonna give it all I got! I want those belts back!"
Criticism has been leveled at Ruiz Jr from all fronts, including his own father.
Ruiz Sr told Boxing Social,

"Andy thought he was going to do good in the weight in the fight.
"I told him a month ago that 'you're not going to do good at the weight. It's going to be too hard, because you're going to be tired, and you're not going to have the movement'.
"He was not listening because of the fame. He was with a Rolls Royce, he was with his friends, he was throwing parties, and not listening to the camp."

Footage also emerged of his lavish birthday party from earlier this year.
The party featured a naked sushi lady, waitresses in lingerie and celebrity guests Jake and Logan Paul.
Joshua on the other hand shed 10lbs from the first fight and was noticeably nimbler on his feet.
Do you think a third match will ever happen?
