Man Gets Knocked Out Cold By Ex-British Heavyweight Champ Now Working As A Security Guard

The former boxer once fought the legendary Mike Tyson.

A former professional boxer who once fought Mike Tyson has been captured on camera knocking a bloke out cold during an altercation outside BOXPARK at Wembley Stadium. Check out the footage below.

Julius Francis, who is an ex-British heavyweight champion, is now plying his trade as a security guard after hanging up the gloves in 2006.

But it seems the 57-year-old still packs a punch in his right hand, seen KO'ing a man during a fight, with the clip of the scary incident now going viral online.

In footage posted on social media by talkSPORT's Michael Benson, a guy wearing a blue durag can be seen squaring up to another group of men outside Wembley's BOXPARK.

The heated argument then spills out into the streets with both parties appearing to throw punches while also exchanging verbals.

Francis, donning his official security gear, can be seen towering above the group of men as he tries to defuse the tense situation.

At one point, the man in the durag gets more and more animated, pushing past the barriers in a bid to get at someone.

The bloke then advances towards Francis, who reacts by throwing a swinging right hook which catches the man flush on the chops.

You can hear the sheer sound of the blow in the footage as the guy on the receiving end of it drops to the concrete floor in a heap.

Clearly out cold, his mates then rush over to help while Francis casually strolls away.

"Why? There was no need," a man behind the camera shouts.

The entire ordeal was filmed, of course, and posted to social media where it went viral.

Benson's re-post alone has already racked up nearly 2 millions views in less than 4 hours.

The footage itself makes for pretty confronting viewing with the bloke in question clearly looking a little worse for wear, but people online were quick to praise Francis.

One user commented: "Looked like he was about to attack him. So he defended himself."

While another added: "Guy got exactly what he was asking for from what went on in the clip. Careful what you ask for."

As a third chimed in, saying: "What a legend. Shame he has to work a job like that."

And one joked: "Eddie Hearn will have him fighting Joshua next on DAZN PPV once he gets spanked by Usyk. 'It's a 50/50 fight!' At this point probably is."

Despite boasting a record of 24 wins and 3 losses, Francis had a pretty solid career in the mid 90s and 2000s, having fought some of the most famous boxers in history.

During his height, Francis faced off against the likes of Mike Tyson, Vitali Klitschko and Audley Harrison.
