Queensland Police Troll The Maroons In A Savage Social Media Post

Brutal. Absolutely brutal.

Judging by the reaction from fans inside the stadium and on social media, it's safe to say Queenslanders weren't best pleased with the Maroons performance during last night's State of Origin.

Rugby league die-hards up and down the Sunshine State were left fuming after New South Wales produced their largest ever winning margin in the 50-6 victory.

And one set of supporters who let their voices be heard was the Queensland Police - yes, really.

The Queensland cops took to Twitter after the game to share their thoughts on the damning defeat at the hands of New South Wales and they certainly didn't hold back.

The tweet read: "QPS is investigating the disappearance of the Maroons winning edge, missing since 8.10pm in Townsville. Concerns are held for the Maroons, as this behaviour is out of character.

"Investigations indicate it was last seen in company with Kurt Capewell.

"Please return it to QRL."

Savage.

Truly savage.

And the Queensland cops weren't the only organisation to have a pop at Paul Green's misfiring Maroons.

Sydney Trains decided Thursday morning would be the perfect time to remind everyone, including all the Queenslanders, what the final score was last night.

"Rug up folks," Sydney Trains posted on Facebook.

"It feels about -44 out there. Queensland Rail, you should know what -44 feels like right?"

Genius.
