For whatever reason, it's the sort of stuff you don't often hear about.

But NRL duo Addin Fonua-Blake and Ben Murdoch-Masila have assisted an elderly woman in changing her car tyres in the pouring rain.

According to Nine's Wide World of Sport, the New Zealand Warriors teammates were on their way to a training session on the New South Wales Central Coast when they saw the woman struggling on the side of the road.

And without hesitation, they pulled over and offered their services before eventually making their way to training.

It's understood the pair walked through the front doors of the Warriors' training facilities absolutely soaking wet too.

What legends.

Warriors consultant and NRL legend Phil Gould later confirmed this to be true on Twitter.

Well played fellas, well played.

As for the team, they're currently seventh on the NRL after beating the Gold Coast Titans in the opening round before falling agonisingly short against the Newcastle Knights in Round 2.
