Australian sports fans across the country have been rocked by the sudden death of Jacinda Barclay.
Barclay was widely regarded as one of the most talented Australian athletes of all-time having played baseball and gridiron before starring in the AFLW.
She was just 29 years old.
Tributes from family members, fans and former teammates have come flooding in following the tragic passing.

Barclay has been described as a pioneer in women's sport and she had one helluva sporting resume to her name too.
Not only did she represent Australia in five baseball World Cups (making her debut at just 17 back in 2008), but she also established herself internationally too.
After guiding the New South Wales Surge to a title in the inaugural Legends Football League, Barclay moved over to America and won a championship in her first season with the Chicago Bliss.

Following her success in the United States, Barclay returned Down Under in 2017 to play Aussie Rules Football for the Greater Western Sydney Giants.
She ended up playing 23 AFLW games for GWS and was loved by everyone at the club - and in the competition for that matter.
Barclay's natural ability in almost every code had many dubbing her the "Sonny Bill Williams" of women's sport.

And rightly so.
In the wake of the devastating news, fans flocked to social media to pay their respects to Barclay.
