Ben Cousins was seen smiling and laughing as he made his long-awaited footy comeback over the weekend.
The 2005 Brownlow Medallist ran out for the Queens Park Bulldogs in Perth's Metro Football League and even managed to kick a goal to cap off a momentous occasion.
It was the first time Cousins had laced up the footy boots since his retirement from the game back in 2010 and certainly didn't disappoint with his performance.

Oh, and let's not forget that he's 42 years of age as well.
You really do love to see it.
"The best thing about him is just the way he interacts with his teammates, opposition players," Bulldogs president Ross White told The West Australian.

"He cares about people and always gives his time just to talk and have photos.
"The sort of old Ben who cared about supporters is still that - and now it's our supporters."
No matter who you support, Cousins' second coming will undoubtedly put on a smile on the faces of almost every footy fan in the country.

The West Coast Eagles great has been battling with drug addiction for years now, a habit so bad that it ultimately derailed his AFL career and even saw him spend time behind bars.
He recently served a stint in jail for stalking his ex-partner and the mother of his child Maylea Tinecheff.
But it seems Cousins is now on the straight and narrow.
And by all accounts, he doesn't want his latest return to footy to be just a one-off cameo appearance - he actually plans on making multiple appearances for the local Perth club.

In the meantime though, it's just great to see him happy again.
