You could cut the underlying tension between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley with a knife at their recent media face-off in Miami.

Whether you're a boxing purist or not, it seems everyone is keen to see how it all goes down come August, but one person who clearly isn't too bothered by all the trash-talking and hype ahead of the bout is Woodley's own mother.

Deborah Woodley has won over the hearts of fight fans once again after she went out of her way to greet and embrace Jake's mother Pam.

The pair were in attendance for their sons' media face-off, but after the rather intense star-down and exchanging of pleasantries, Deborah approached Pam and gave her a hug.

The wholesome picture of the pair hugging it out circulated around social media and it wasn't long before some fo the biggest names in mixed martial arts picked up on it and showed their love.

Even UFC star Darren Till, a bloke who has never been the type to bite his tongue on social media, took to Twitter to sing Deborah's praises.

The Scouse fan favourite even called for a petition to induct her into the UFC Hall of Fame.

Till Tweeted: Petition for Tyron Woodley's mum to be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame. Just seen a photo of her hugging Jake Paul's mum and I swear she is the kindest person. A nice tweet from me for once but well worth it."

It's not the first time Mumma Woodley has melted the hearts of the mixed martial arts community - and Till has had a taste of it himself.

She first burst onto the scene after seeking out Till backstage and hugging him following his welterweight title defeat at the hands of her son.

But Deborah's kindness was on show once again at UFC 235 when she did the same thing to Kamaru Usman after he won the belt off her son Tyron.

Video emerged after the event showing Mumma Woodley hugging an emotional Usman and famously telling him "it's your turn now, but keep working because they're going to come for you".

What a saint.
