Tai Tuivasa, take a bow.
We've all known for some time that the Aussie fan favourite was a force to be reckoned with, but if his latest knockout victory is anything to go by then it looks like he's got his sights set firmly on UFC gold.
The 28-year-old sent a strong message to the rest of the heavyweight division over the weekend by knocking out Harry Hunsucker in just 49 seconds.

That's right, 49 short seconds.
Granted, Hunsucker had only accepted the fight on a few days notice after Don'Tale Mayes pulled out of the fight.

But in all honesty, that means nothing.
And "Bam Bam" took full advantage of the situation by registering arguably the scariest knockout of the event.
It was a dominant display from start to finish by the western Sydney native, who will undoubtedly be putting his hand up for a top 15 opponent now.
"Man, I've been working with Gokhan Saki, he's one of the best stand-up fighters of all time," Tuivasa said after the bout.

"I really feel like I've improved my stand-up as well. I was ready for anything. Mad Love to Hunsucker too for stepping in, four days' notice, what a soldier.
"I'm back on the ball now so anyone in the top 15 or anyone. Really just anyone that wants to bang on."
When replays of the brutal knockout surfaced on social media, fight fans went nuts - and rightly so.

While many were calling for Tuivasa to fight a ranked opponent next, others simply sat back and applauded his sheer excellence.
I mean, performances don't come much more flawless than that.
