New Zealand is starting to build up a pretty stacked resume of fighter's currently competing in the UFC.
There's middleweight champ Israel Adesanya, lightweight contender Dan Hooker, Kai Kara-France, Shane Young, Brad Riddell and few others.
And it appears Carlos Ulberg has now become the latest Kiwi to impress the UFC's president.

Head honcho Dana White was cage-side to witness Ulberg's devastating knockout of Brazilian Bruno Oliveira in less than two minutes of the very first round.
Ulberg, who trains out of the rapidly-evolving City Kickboxing in Auckland, earned himself a UFC contract after his highlight reel finish went viral overnight.
The 29-year-old was competing on the popular show Dana White's Contender Series which sees relatively unknown mixed martial artists go toe-to-toe in a bid to get on the UFC roster.
And while the card was headlined by Ignacio Bahamondes's insane front kick knockout, he certainly wasn't the only fighter to receive glowing praise from White after the event.

"Do you think this kid is marketable?" Dana jokingly hinted while handing Ulberg his contract.
"He's a good looking kid, right?
"How can you have that many fights and have a face like that? It doesn't even make sense."

What White is referring to Ulberg's devilish good looks.
It turns out he's a former model who was actually shortlisted for The Bachelor in New Zealand back in 2017.
But instead of taking the reality television path, Ulberg stuck to what he knows best - fighting.

And, like Adesanya, after a successful stint in kickboxing Ulberg moved into MMA boasting an unblemished record of 5-0.
And now that he's officially on the UFC roster, he joins an elite club of fighters (lead by Adesanya) who are undefeated.
