Dana White sent MMA (and TikTok) fans into a frenzy last week when he admitted there was "more than a zero per cent chance" of Hasbulla ever fighting in the UFC.
The prospect of Hasbulla genuinely lacing up gloves and having a scrap got plenty of people talking.
But now the UFC president admits the internet sensation might not even be allowed to step foot inside the octagon because his "super protective" dad won't let him.
After recently having a meeting with White at UFC 267 in Abu Dhabi before going nose-to-nose with potential opponent Abdu Rozak, some thought Hasbulla was teeing up a future bout.

Well, White has now given an insight into how their chat went and whether the Russian star has a future in the promotion.
"I don't know if he wants to get involved," White told Pardon My Take.
"From what I hear, his father is super protective of him. If that's the case, you don't want your kid fighting."
For Hasbulla's followers, it's not the best news.

But if truth be told, we could probably see this coming from a mile away.
That said, White recently heaped praise on Hasbulla in the wake of their supposed meeting.
"The video that he [Hasbulla] sent saying 'Dana White, I'm coming to the UFC in Abu Dhabi', that's the biggest post I've ever posted," he told Barstool Sports.

"I have 6.7 million followers on Instagram. 6.4 million people watched that video.
"[The meeting was] Incredible. It was incredible. I love the kid.
"Is there more than a 0% chance [of him fighting in the UFC]? Yes."
