MMA fans, say hello to Chris Barnett.

The heavyweight just delivered one of the best knockouts of the year at UFC 268 and it's no surprise that it has already gone viral.

For his size, Barnett is very nimble and possess impressive speed - that was made evident by his pre-bout dance moves on the way to the cage.

But that agility was on show in the octagon too as he produced a wheel kick KO that sent opponent Gian Villante crashing to the canvas.

Spinning backwards, Barnett's sudden movement threw Villante off guard as his hands dropped down.

Knowing this would happen, Barnett then extended his leg to huge heights and clipped his rival on the temple with a perfectly-executed heel kick.

It's the sort of move we're used to seeing from bantamweights and featherweights, but Barnett proved the big boys are just as acrobatic.

After landing some vicious ground and pound, the referee had no choice to intervene and stop the fight, handing Barnett the victory and putting every other UFC heavyweight on notice.

But if his knockout and ring walk weren't impressive enough, Barnett then celebrated in style by doing a flip and landing squarely on his back side.

Once footage of the wild scenes surfaced on social media, it didn't take long for it to do the rounds and go viral.

Fans and MMA experts alike were quick to share their thoughts, many of whom tipping Barnett to have a bright future in the UFC.

On top of all that, Barnett then paid his respects to the retiring Villante during their post-fight press conference.

This bloke is undoubtedly going to be a huge hit among MMA supporters.
