Ian Poulter Chips A Golf Ball Through The Window Of His $1.8million Ferrari

Why, Ian? Just why?

Ian Poulter has made a £1million (AU$1.8m) trick shot - quite literally.

And if truth be told, it made us fans a little uneasy.

The English golfer posted a video of himself on social media chipping a ball through the window of a multi-million-dollar Ferrari LaFerarri Aperta sports car.

Incredibly, the ball somehow sailed through the tiny gap without smashing the window or damaging the exterior of the beautiful car.

"How else would I practice playing with Ryder Cup pressure," Poulter captioned the clip.

The unnerving video was viewed 213,793 times on Instagram and 140,000 times on Twitter.

And unsurprisingly, fans flocked to the comments sections to either tag their mates or ask what on earth the 44-year-old was thinking.

It's common knowledge that the Ryder Cup hero and current world No.58 has an extensive car collection - just check out his social media channels!

And while he's not on the golf course rubbing shoulders with the world's best, it appears he enjoys parking up his luxury cars in his driveway and chipping golf balls through their open windows.

Poulter posted a very similar video last week, this time swapping out his jet-black Ferrari for a white Mercedes AMG.

When you've got that much skill - and luxury cars to hand - then why not, right?
