But the Aussie is also stunning crowds with his epic mullet that has a bit of a nationalistic twist.

Smith has been known for his awesome 'Business in the Front, Party in the Back' hairstyle for a while now.

But he's decided to shave AUS into the side of his head to celebrate his time at the 2020 Games.

While he will no doubt get plenty of support from Aussies all over the world for rocking the 'do at the largest sporting event on the planet, his mum had a mixed reaction.

He said: "Yeah, I mean, it's the Olympics. It doesn't happen too often. I thought I would give Australia a shoutout on the side of the melon.

"I mean, I thought about it for a few weeks beforehand and then I just said stuff it, I'm going to do it, and I think it's been received pretty good.

"My mom called me up. She was laughing.

"She was like, 'oh, you were just on the news'. Called me all sorts of names, but she loved it and she loves that it brings a lot of, I guess, joy to, it puts a smile on people's faces, I think, she enjoys the most, so, yeah."

Smith has been partnered with golfing legend Marc Leishman for the Games, who was asked whether he would considering trying to emulate his teammate's hairstyle.

Marc, who was the first Australian to win Rookie of the Year at the PGA Awards, declined the offer to grow his hair out at the back.

"No, I don't think I've got the head for it, to be honest. I'll leave that to Cam," he said.

Thankfully there are no rules for hairstyles in golf at the Olympic Games and Smithy will be allowed to rock this epic style until he gets bored with it.
