It has been revealed that Tom Hardy will be the voice behind Tottenham Hotspur's upcoming documentary.

The Amazon Original series, which is set to launch on August 31, follows the Premier League giants behind the scenes during last season's turbulent campaign.

And now they've added even more spice to the highly-anticipated doco with Hollywood megastar Tom Hardy poised to narrate it.

Hardy is arguably one of the biggest actors on the planet having starred in blockbuster movies such as The Revenant, Inception, Venom, Dunkirk, Mad Max and The Dark Knight.

Hardy is no stranger to featuring on multi-million-dollar TV shows either, having played a major role in the massively-popular British series Peaky Blinders.

Now, though, it seems the 42-year-old fan favourite is trying his hand at narrating.

And while it's unknown which Premier League team London-born Hardy supports, his latest career move points to him being a Spurs fan - shock.

Tottenham's 'All Or Nothing' series has already been tipped as one of the hottest documentaries of the year with plenty of behind-the-scenes footage displaying the tacit and unspoken realities of a top-level football club.

It's understood the doco will also feature the brutal sacking of Champions League runner-up Mauricio Pochettino and the subsequent arrival of Jose Mourinho as his replacement at the helm.

Some of the vision from the film has already been leaked and fans are loving it.

Spurs secured a sixth-place finish at season's end.

The pre-release teaser footage includes funny moments with 'The Special One' himself and blow-ups from a couple of big-name stars including Dele Alli and Son Heung-min.

While Michael Jordan's 'Last Dance' series arguably takes the cake for the best documentary of the year so far, fans will be eager to see whether Amazon's piece of Spurs can rival it.

And the addition of Hollywood heartthrob Hardy as the main narrator certainly adds even excitement to it.

Who knows, news of his appearance might even encourage some Arsenal fans to tune it - that's still highly doubtful though.
