It's the surname known by boxing fans all over the globe.
But 26-year-old Tim is continuing to prove that the "Tszyu" name is one that will be sticking around in the headlines for some time to come.
Channelling the sort of talent possessed by his former world champion father Kostya, Tszyu extended his prolific unbeaten run to 17 fights with a total of 13 knockouts after demolishing Bowyn Morgan in less than two minutes of the very first round of their 'Sydney Super Fight'.

In doing so, the reigning WBO Global and IBF Australasian super-welterweight champ well and truly put forward his case for a world title shot.
And it would be hard to deny him one.
But in the moments after the bout, instead of taking the same route as Paul Gallen by calling out his next opponent, Australian-born Tszyu used his time with the microphone a little more wisely.

With the Sydney crowd cheering and the television cameras fixed solely on him, Tszyu took the opportunity to send a message to his father Kostya who would have been watching from home in Russia.
"Papa, ty schastliv?" he said in Russian.
Those words translate to "Dad, are you happy?"
Soviet-born Aussie Kostya hung up the gloves a long time ago after a decorated boxing career.

Widely regarded as one of the greatest of his time, he held multiple world championships across different weight classes including the undisputed and lineal titles in the early 2000s.
But while his son continues to ply his trade in Sydney, Kostya resides in Russia - although he does come and visit.
And even though they may not live in the same city currently, Tim's success inside the ring could bring them closer together geographically further down the line.
Following his impressive knockout victory, the exciting prospect announced his future plans to step up and fight European and American-based opponents.

"This was a world title eliminator for me," Tszyu said in his post-fight interview.
"So there's only two names on the hit list right now. That's (Brian) Castano and (Patrick) Teixeira.
"I want top five in the world. My manager has a plan for me. At the end of the day, he (Michael Zerafa) just lost to Jeff Horn and he's fighting Anthony Mundine. So he's in his own little bubble."
While Tszyu has clearly got his sights set on global domination, fellow Aussie Zerafa is keen on keeping the champ in the country long enough to do battle with him.
Zerafa confronted Tszyu after his win against Morgan, calling him out for fighting at welterweight - suggesting he should step a weight division and fight him at middleweight.

"Step up," Zerafa was heard shouting at ringside.
The soft-spoken, collected Tszyu simply responded: "Mate, I've got a world title to win."
