UFC Champ Israel Adesanya Trolls Logan Paul On Social Media

If Logan Paul responds, he's a brave brave man...

He'll be focusing solely on his upcoming light heavyweight title fight against Jan Blachowicz, but that doesn't mean Israel Adesanya can't have some fun every now and then.

The UFC middleweight champion is up there with the likes of Darren Till when it comes to his social media game.

Whether it be his public humiliation of former rival Paulo Costa or his constant back and fourths with Jon Jones, Adesanya has proven himself to be an elite-level trash talker online.

But it seems its not just other mixed martial artists who are now in the firing line.

No, the Nigerian-born New Zealander has recently turned his attention to other potential victims - Logan Paul being one of them.

Despite holding a professional record of 0-1, outspoken YouTuber Paul recentlyannounced that he'd be fighting legendary boxer Floyd Mayweather in a one-off exhibition bout.

Meanwhile, his younger brother Jake has done everything in his power to get onto Dana White's radar - even if it means taking below-the-belt shots at the UFC president and his cash cow Conor McGregor.

Plenty of big-name UFC and boxing stars have hit back at the Paul brothers over their antics, and it seems Adesanya is the latest combat athlete to join in with the fun.

The 31-year-old took to Twitter to post a meme photo of himself choking Logan from behind.

The graphic also features a speech bubble coming from Adesanya's mouth, saying the words: "Hey lil' mama lemme whisper in your ear."

A clear nod to the famous Ying Yang Twins song 'Wait', the tweet circulated around social media and picked up plenty of likes from other users.

One fan commented: "Izzy could actually end up murdering someone on live TV if that fight really got made."

While another replied: "This is the type of distraction from US politics I need."

And one added: "Ask him to withdraw from the Mayweather fight. He will get his a** whooped."

Don't expect Logan Paul to respond to one of the UFC's biggest stars.

It's highly unlikely that Adesanya is angling for a big-money fight against either Paul brother, but his online trolling is good enough entertainment as it is.

And while his ability inside the octagon (or ring for that matter) far outweighs that of Logan and Jake combined, it seems Izzy also has the upper hand when it comes to his social media game too.
