The American Hero is back. I repeat, The Olympic Gold Medalist will wrestle again. Do not wipe your screen. The Wrestling Machine is coming to a ring near you.
Well, maybe not 'near you', but it has emerged that Kurt Angle will replace Roman Reigns at "TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs" on Sunday and wrestling fans all over the world just did a little scream inside.
The Olympic Hero will wrestle in WWE for the first time in over 11 years.

Due to medical issues impacting Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt, Angle will take Reigns' place in the event.
WWE confirmed the news on their official Twitter on Friday night:
Back in April, on the Friday night after Wrestlemania, Angle came back to Raw to become the new General Manager of the weekly flagship show.

After coming down to the ring and shaking big Vinnie Mac's hand, it was obvious that the former Olympic champion was very happy to be back home.
Angle made his debut in WWE in 1998 and the former Olympic gold medalist took the company by storm, having one of the best debut years of any competitor in the company and ending up with six different world title reigns before leaving in 2006.

The Olympic Hero would soon move to TNA where he had another six world title stints before leaving at the end of last year when his contract ran out and the WWE once again came calling.

As a huge fan of old school WWF, the return of angle has pricked my ears when it comes to watching WWE again.
As good ol' JR used to say: 'OH MY GOD, IT'S HAPPENING'
