Dana White Really Enjoyed Ronda Rousey's WWE Debut

After the week or so Dana White has had you wouldn't begrudge him a bit of time off to relax. So when he popped up at Wrestlemania he was going to make sure he enjoyed himself, especially the debut of Ronda Rousey.

I'm certain that the week leading into a pay-per-view show is always a bit stressful for Dana White, lord knows how many dropouts he has to put up with, even in fight week.

But the last week or so leading up to UFC 223 must have been on another level, with the pull outs of Tony Ferguson and Max Holloway, trying to find a suitable replacement for Holloway and well Conor McGregor.

After all that and finally putting the show on, with the heart of it ripped out by his former lightweight champion, he must have been so glad for a night off Sunday to enjoy some real fighting at Wrestlemania- really there's less drama nowadays than in UFC.

In New Orleans he got to see the debut of his former star in the octagon Ronda Rousey. The former bantamweight champion impressed in her first WWE match, teaming with Kurt Angle to take on Triple H and Steph McMahon.

After seeing Rousey win the UFC president was clearly very happy:

There may well have been even more on show of particular interest to White.

The main event at the show of the immortals was set to see Roman Reigns take on former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar for WWE's Universal title and White recently admitted Brock would soon be back inside the octagon.

Speaking at a press conference in New York on Friday White said of the Beast Incarnate, "He's still under contract with the UFC, but we have not signed him to a fight. He's still under contract with us, too. He still has fights left on his deal. He's got to get back into the USADA pool."

A very good weekend for White after a very tough week!
