Check out the kid's face behind him...

Nate and his brother, Nick, have never shied away from their love of Marijuana, and he certainly made no attempt to hide that on Sunday night at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas.

During coverage of UFC Fight Night 126 last night, the 32-year-old produced a memorable moment while sat in the sold-out arena.

As the camera panned to the American lightweight fighter, Diaz proceeded to pull out a joint from his shirt pocket.

He was about to light it when FOX Sports quickly cut away. Plenty of people in the crowd looked on in shock as he placed the blunt in his mouth. Just look at the kid to his left:

This isn't the first time the Diaz brothers have been involved with the green stuff.

Following his fight with Conor McGregor at UFC 202, Diaz proceeded to smoke a Marijuana vape pen at the post-fight press conference. He certainly made no attempt to hide that he was smoking CBD oil.

MMAFighting.com reported that the Stockton fighter could have faced a suspension for openly using the vape pen, and admitting he used it before the fight, too, but The USADA (U.S Anti-Doping Agency) later announced that he would not face any disciplinary action for his actions.

"It's CBD," Diaz said when asked what it was at the press conference. "It helps with the healing process and inflammation, stuff like that. So you want to get these for before and after the fights, training. It'll make your life a better place."

Nick Diaz was obviously part of the now infamous UFC 202 press conference, but he wasn't allowed to corner his brother Nate during the rematch.

NAC executive director Bob Bennett confirmed that Nick was still suspended because he has failed to pay the fine that he received following a positive drug test for Marijuana last year.

Nick Diaz's 18-month suspension ended on August 1st but he still needs to pay $75,000 of the original $100,000 fine that he received, otherwise he remained suspended.
