Imagine imitating Conor McGregor on the streets of Dublin, Ireland, and then the man himself rolls up.

Well, that's exactly what happened a few years ago.

Brilliant scenes.

Just two lads casually throwing some MMA shapes after a night of drinking before a black car pulls up besides them, and it's none other than McGregor.

It takes a few seconds for the Irish fellas to recognise McGregor but when they do, the pair can't believe their eyes.

Meanwhile, the Crumlin-fighter returns to the famed Octagon next month. He's slated to face UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Nurmagomedov, who's unbeaten in 26 professional bouts, claimed UFC gold following his dominate victory versus Al Iaquinta at UFC 223.

The promotion is expecting UFC 229 to be the biggest pay-per-view event in UFC history.

The 30-year-old will make his anticipated return under the MMA banner following a two-year hiatus, which included a bout inside the squared circles against Floyd Mayweather.

His last outing inside the cage dates back to November 2016, where he became the very first fighter to hold two UFC titles simultaneously.

'Notorious' produced a virtuoso performance to dethrone Eddie Alvarez to bag the UFC lightweight belt, adding the 155lbs strap to his UFC featherweight belt.

McGregor now has the chance to regain UFC lightweight supremacy at UFC 229.
