Khabib Nurmagomedov's triumphant win against Conor McGregor at UFC 229 has been overshadowed by the aftermath of the fight.
After successfully retaining his UFC Lightweight Championship, the Eagle lived up to his nickname when he quickly made his way over the cage and attacked his prey: the Irishman's team.
When it seems like everything is known about the outcome of the controversial ending of the fight, something else seems to emerge online.
Case in point: the Russian fighter confronted McGregor fans as he was being taken away from the octagon.
Nurmagomedov could be heard calling out the fans and showed little sign of not provoking someone else for a fight.
"Come Irish people," he shouted. "Come here! Come!"
The long-awaited match between the two ended in the fourth round, as Nurmagomedov applied a submission on McGregor and increased his unbeaten record to 27 wins.
Following on from the fight, however, Khabib apologised for his actions in a post-match press conference.
UFC president Dana White recently confirmed that McGregor has called him and asked for a rematch with Khabib.
Who would win in a rematch?
