50 Cent won't convince Khabib Nurmagomedov to switch from UFC to Bellator MMA if he takes a swipe at the Russian’s team.

If he's not looking to pick a fight with Floyd Mayweather, then Khabib Nurmagomedov isn't turning his attention away from what 50 Cent could do for his future.

The G-Unit rapper is trying to lure the UFC Lightweight Champion away from the organisation by offering him a $2m deal to fight for him at Bellator MMA.

The 43-year-old American rapper openly supported the Russian fighter following the aftermath of his fight with Conor McGregor at UFC 229.

50 Cent took to Instagram to respond to a TMZ article claiming that Nurmagomedov's manager, Ali Abdelaziz, said his client would not leave UFC for less than $50m.

"Damn, that's an ugly fucking suit," he wrote in a now-deleted post (screenshot posted below).

Nurmagomedov took notice of the comment and had a simple message for 50 Cent: "Never talk bad about my brother."

It's all-too-familiar territory for the Eagle to defend someone publicly, as he issued a serious threat to UFC last week that he would leave the organisation if they chose to punish Zubaira Tukhugov for punching McGregor.

"If you decide to fire [Zubaira], you should know that you'll lose me, too," he said. "We never give up on our brothers in Russia and I will go to the end for my brother.

"If you still decide to fire him, don't forget to send me my broken contract, otherwise I'll break it myself.

"And one more thing: you can keep my money that you are withholding. You are pretty busy with that, I hope it won't get stuck in your throat. We have defended our honour and this is the most important thing. We intend to go to the end."

The Russian fighter defeated the Irishman in the fourth round to retain his UFC Lightweight Championship.

The Nevada Athletic Commission has temporarily suspended both fighters, while UFC president Dana White has revealed that McGregor wants a rematch with Khabib.
