We've seen some memorable post-fight interviews in years gone by, but UFC fighter Alessio Di Chirico might have just stolen the crown with an incredible Peter Griffin impression.

Di Chirico recorded a huge win against Oluwale Bamgbose after a big second-round knee to the head left his opponent unconscious on the floor.

It really was a brutal knee that left Bamgbose face-first on the canvas.

But it wasn't until after the fight that Di Chirico produced his greatest moment of the evening.

Stood next to his translator, the Italian waited patiently to deliver the classic 'Babadaboopi' impression, made famous by Family Guy character Peter Griffin during a famous scene in the popular TV series.

Reporter: "Congratulations my friend. Interesting fight. Were you surprised by the way he approached the fight tonight?"

Alessio Di Chirico:

If you are unfamiliar with Peter Griffin's impression during the Family Guy scene, here is a reminder:

Later on in the night at Winnipeg's UFC show, Rafael dos Anjos and former UFC welterweight champion Robbie Lawler both produced an equally brave and determined performance.

Dos Anjos (28-9 MMA, 17-7 UFC) gave arguably one of his greatest performances to date, coming out the winner in a one-sided unanimous decision win.

It was five rounds of memorable fighting, with dos Anjos dominating in large spells, but Lawler's ability to take big shots in a 48-hit flurry from the Brazilian was incredible to watch.

In fact, it was the longest flurry in UFC history. Just take a look at this ridiculous footage from the fight:

Winnipeg's show was an all round superb event. When was the last time you saw a Peter Griffin impression and the longest flurry in UFC history at the same event?

Unbelievable scenes.
