MMA Fighter Performs WWE Move 'The Moonsault' Off The Cage Walls

This might be the best thing we've ever seen in MMA.

You could argue that Michel Pereira was inspired by WWE's finest Chris Jericho during his highly anticipated bout at Road FC 52.

The 25-year-old, known for his unorthodox style of fighting, came up against opponent Dae Sung Kim earlier this year, who probably didn't expect a pro-wrestling move to be thrown into the mixer.

In a moment of utter madness, Pereira decided to throw himself off the cage in Seoul, South Korea and well, we all went absolutely mad for it.

As good old Jim Ross would say: "BAH GAWD HE'S BROKEN IN HALF!"

Pereira, from Rio de Janeiro, proceeded to attempt a series of spinning kicks throughout the bout, as well as standing backflips and moonsaults.

Is this guy trying to impress Vince McMahon or what?

We highly recommend you give the highlights of this incredible bout a watch because Pereira is one of the most exciting fighters we have ever seen in MMA, no doubt.

I mean, there are a lot of similarities between MMA and professional wrestling than a lot of purists would like to admit.

You see many of the same holds and submissions utilised in both environments, rear-naked chokes, kimura locks, omoplata and armbars to name just a few.

And an MMA fighter using a 'Boston Crab' submission, perhaps better known as 'The Walls Of Jericho' - was another move brought to the Octagon last year.

Jonno Mears channeled his inner Y2J by putting his opponent Aaron Jones away with the deadly submission.

Keep the WWE moves coming, guys.
