Bayern look like they could be about to swoop for Real Madrid castaway James Rodriguez, if reports in Colombia are to be believed.
Journalist Javier Hernandez Bonnet of Caracol has claimed that his countryman will not stay at Real Madrid, and is closer to Bayern Munich than PSG at this moment in time.
The Colombian playmaker, also linked with Manchester United and Chelsea, has been subject to claims of a Bernabeu departure for weeks now - and that could come to fruition with Los Blancos reportedly on the verge of signing Dani Ceballos from Real Betis.

Rodriguez has been frozen out at Real Madrid it seems, having not even been selected for the squad by Zinedine Zidane for May's Champions League final against Juventus.
This, coupled with the fact Real Madrid know they need to lighten the load in midfield ahead of the new Liga season, makes it look like he could be the one to make way.
Los Blancos are likely to want at least €75 million for James though, having spent €80 million on the attacking midfielder after the World Cup of 2014.
Bonnet confirms that Rodriguez may not last very long at Madrid, "because an offer from Bayern Munich could materialise in the next few hours".
