Gameweek 2 of the Champions League got off to a great start last night and tonight, the best teams in Europe once again go up against one another.

CSKA registered a fine 2-1 victory away to Benfica in Portugal in Gameweek 1 and currently sit fourth in the Russian Premier League having lost 3 games from 11. CSKA have only scored 14 goals this season in the league but interesting conceded just 9. However, the Russian side have struggled in the Champions League in recent year, finishing bottom of their respective group in the last four seasons.
Manchester United are in fine fettle in the Premier League and recorded a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Southampton in the Premier League on Saturday and were comfortable 3-0 winners at home to Basel in Gameweek 1. They have won two and drawn two games in four previous meetings with CSKA but this will be a tough test for Jose Mourinho's men who have won just one of their last 10 away games in the European competition.

Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea - Atletico Madrid 6/5, Draw 9/4, Chelsea 14/5
Atletico's first Champions League match at the Wanda Metropolitano and it's a cracker. Diego Simeone's side attained a creditable 0-0 draw with Roma on Matchday 1 and currently reside in second place in La Liga, four points behind league leaders Barcelona. Atletico have never lost against Chelsea and have won 18 of their 23 Champions League matches at home.
Chelsea have also found their form domestically after a shaky start to the season which saw them lose 3-2 at home to Burnley. However, victories against Tottenham, Stoke and others recently sees the Blues in third place in the Premier League table. A 6-0 victory over FK Qarabag was a nice start for the Premier League Champions and they have not lost in nine matches against Spanish teams in this competition.

Two football powerhouses going up against one another in Group B. PSG dropped their first points of the season at Montpellier at the weekend but were impressive when thumping Celtic 5-0 at Celtic Park on Matchday 1.
3-0 victors over Anderlecht on Matchday 1, notions of unrest have started to circulate in the media surrounding Carlo Ancelotti's side who are currently third in the Bundesliga table. A 2-2 draw with Wolfsburg on Friday night did nothing to quell that speculation and they will be hoping for a big performance tonight.

Anderlecht vs Celtic
It's been a poor start to the season for Anderlecht who were beaten 3-0 by Bayern in Matchday 1 and have also struggled so far domestically, procuring just three wins from eight matches and currently reside in seventh in the Belgian table. Their home form in Europe is strong however, losing just one of their last seven home matches in the Champions and Europa Leagues.
Unbeaten in 57 domestic matches, Celtic were humbled by PSG 5-0 in Matchday 1 and will hope to make a better fist of things against the Belgian champions. Celtic are looking for their first victory in a Champions or Europa League Group Stag match in 16 matches.
