The Sheffield sides clash in the Championship tonight as United will go top with a win against their bitter rivals.

Underperforming Wednesday are just four points above the relegation and have lost all of their last four matches.

The hosts 6/11 favourites, while the Owls are huge 6/1 to win only their sixth Championship game this season.

However, Blades manager Chris Wilder believes his men should be the underdogs tonight as Sheffield Wednesday have spent nearly £30million more than his side since 2015.

Wednesday have spent £40m on players over the last three years, yet it is their city counterparts who are high-flying despite spending just £12million over the same period.

"These are games where we should be going in as underdogs. You come up against big talented squads who have spent a lot of money," said Wilder.

The Blades are on a seven-game unbeaten home run and striker Billy Sharp has 10 goals already this season, you can back the forward to score first and the home side to win at 3.91/1, while Sharp is 3/1 to find the back of the net first and 4/5 at any time.

Wednesday striker Lucas Joao has three goals on the road this season and is 9/1 to open the scoring tonight and 3/1 to bag at any point. You can also back the Portuguesa to score first and Sheffield Wednesday to win at a massive 26.98/1.

Both sides are among the teams with the highest average goals-per-game in the league, over 2.5 is 13/20, while over 3.5 can be backed at 7/4.
