The first managerial casualty of the Premier League season is already upon us following Frank De Boer's exit from Crystal Palace and the return of Roy Hodgson to the Premier League merry-go round.
However, bookmakers are already analysing the front-runners to leave their post next at Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has been backed with William Hill into 16/1 from 100/1 to be the next manager out the door.
Everton manager Ronald Koeman is the general 11/4 second favourite to be the next manager to get the boot following a disappointing start to the season with the Toffees languishing in the relegation zone in 18th place having picked up just 4 points from their first five Premier League games of the season.
Koeman's side suffered a 4-0 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday and with the Goodison Park outfit desperately struggling for goals since the departure of Romelu Lukaku, having scored just two in the Premier League this season.
However, according to the bookmakers, all is not well in the red half of Merseyside either with Klopp nibbled into 16/1 following a 1-1 draw with Burnley and a 5-0 defeat to Manchester City.
"Defeat to City, a draw with Burnley and losing to Leicester in the League Cup has seen Klopp's axe odds slashed and another defeat to the Foxes this weekend could see him move into a single figure price," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
It is 11/2 that Klopp is no longer Liverpool manager on the last day of this season, with Koeman 11/4 to no longer be Everton boss by the same date.
