We had another decent day yesterday with two winners and four seconds and a couple of other placings.

We're looking for more winners though, on day four of Royal Ascot 2017.

Here are Danny Archer's selections...

G3 Albany Stakes (2.30pm)

Alpha Centauri 9/4, Clemmie 11/2 Each-Way and Black Sails 10/1 Each-Way.

Bet365 are 1/4 for 4 places. Betway are offering money back if you lose.

Jessica Harrington's Alpha Centauri created a positive impression when impressively landing the spoils in Listed company last time at Naas. He had previously landed a maiden on debut over the same course and distance in May. He will relish the fast conditions he looks very exciting.

Aidan O'Brien's Clemmie is a full sister to Churchill and she was very well touted when making her debut at the Curragh in May. She stayed on well from the back of the field that day and will have learnt plenty from the experience.

Black Sails is also part of the Irish contingent and represents a shrewd trainer in Ger Lyons. She was a decisive length and a quarter winner at the Curragh on his debut and beat some quite talented individuals that day. The horse who finished last that day finished third in the Coventry [Murillo] on Tuesday and that gives the form a strong look. She can make her presence felt here.

G2 King Edward VII Stakes (3.05pm)

Crystal Ocean 11/4 and Sir John Lavery 6/1 Each Way.

SkyBet are 1/5 for 4 places.

Crystal Ocean was an excellent third in the Dante last time off the back of an impressive win in maiden company at Nottingham earlier this term. This trip and the ground seem to suit and he looks to have outstanding claims, bearing in mind what a fine run that was in the Dante, with the form boosted by Benbatl's victory at Royal Ascot yesterday.

Sir John Lavery was bitterly disappointing when a well beaten seventh in a Lingfield Derby Trial last time. However, he had been well touted prior to that race and I'm hoping he can get his career back on track with victory here.

G1 Commonwealth Cup (3.40pm)

Caravaggio evs NAP and Blue Point 6/1 Each Way

Bet365 are 1/4 for 3 places.

Caravaggio registered a stunning success in the Coventry Stakes at the Royal Meeting last year and he returned to action this term with a smooth success at Naas in Group Three event. He showed on that occasion that he retains all his old zest for the game and he looks to have a superb chance here.

Blue Point is the each way choice just because there is a slight bit of juice in his price. He beat Harry Angel over course and distance in May pretty convincingly in my opinion and with conditions sure to suit, he has an outstanding chance in what really is a superb renewal of this six-furlong Group One event.

G1 Coronation Stakes (4.20pm)

Winter 8/15

Pretty tough to look past Aidan O'Brien's charge who completed the English and Irish 1000 Guineas double in scintillating fashion on both occasions. She has the beating of her two stable companions and should register a third consecutive victory at Group One level.

G2 Queen's Vase (5.00pm)

Time To Study 6/1 Each Way (1/4), Stradivarius 10/1 Each Way and Wisconsin 10/1 Each Way

Bet365 are 1/4 for 3 places. SkyBet are 1/5 for 4 places.

The form of Time To Study's victory at Musselburgh last time got another boost yesterday when the second won that day and he has looked a horse who really relishes a battle. This trip seems to suit and whilst he has to take another step forward, he is going the right way.

I was pretty disappointed with Stradivarius last time who I felt really should have won at Chester last time. He was prominent and was just asked to do too much too early. Ridden with greatest restraint today, he remains on the upgrade.

Wisconsin has to improve on his maiden with at Tipperary last time but he looks quite a lazy customer who only ever does enough. He will appreciate the step up in trip once more here and with Aidan O'Brien having such a fine record in this race, he is of real interest.

Duke Of Edinburgh Handicap (5.35pm)

Mainstream 5/1 Each Way (1/4), Wadigor 13/2 Each Way and Baydar 25/1 Each Way

Betfair are 1/4 for 5 places. SkyBet are 1/5 for 6 places.

The vibes are very positive for Sir Michael Stoute's Mainstream, who runs in the colours of Her Majesty The Queen. A creditable third to a Group horse masquerading in a handicap last time, he has been raised 2lb for that run but he remains open to further improvement.

Wadigor is a horse I've had a good word for in the last week. He was impressive on his first start of the season at Kempton where he won by an eased down length and a half. This trip seems to suit and he also has form on turf, which makes him of interest from an ok draw.

Baydar is a horse I'm very fond of. He racked up a remarkable four-timer last season but has failed to fire in two runs since. They have both been on fast ground but this step up in trip could see him return to form.
