We were let down massively by Rhododendron in the 1000 Guineas yesterday, losing out to Winter after a troubled run.
Today there are six meeting across the UK, but there isn't really much we fancy.
Here are Danny Archer's selections...
Advert
6:40: Chelmsford - Lost The Moon 7/2.
Big scopey sort who really should have won last time but got going far too late. Remains unexposed and course and distance form is a major plus.
7:00: Roscommon - Torrent Des Mottes 13/8 NAP.
Excellent second at Tramore last time and that makes him the one to beat in a race lacking substance.
Advert
7:30: Roscommon - Clontarf 9/2.
One paced over 2m 4f last time and will appreciate this return to a stiffer test of stamina.
6:50: Windsor - Daira Prince 5/2.
Finished a creditable third at Nottingham last term and with Varian's horses in excellent shape, he is taken to make a winning reappearance
