Can Hamilton charge in the Driver's Championship?

The Chinese Grand Prix gave us some unpredictability across the weekend thanks to the weather and it offered us a great chance to take some money off the bookies.

Bahrain won't have the same weather issues which allows more thought to go into the betting process. Of course this is Racing, and anything can happen.

Hamilton to qualify on pole position in Bahrain is a very good shout and the price can be found reasonably short at 4/7. With Mercedes starting from 1st and winning the Grand Prix over the last three years it looks as though Lewis Hamilton could make it four years in a row for the German constructors.

Hamilton has qualified on pole for six races in a row but we like the look of the Qualifying/Race Win Double at 6/5.

Hamilton's teammate, Valtteri Bottas, has had a steady start to life at Mercedes. The Finn looks the perfect replacement for reigning champion Nico Rosberg as he doesn't seem as though he will threaten Hamilton but will still challenge for the podium every race weekend.

He may not be as close to his team mate as he'd like to be. But there's no doubting there's incredible pace in his W08. We like the look of him to make podium in Bahrain though, and at 6/5 for the Hamilton/Bottas podium double it's definitely worth backing.

Nico Hulkenberg had a very strong qualifying session in Shanghai after putting his Renault 7th on the grid for Sunday's race. Unfortunately it didn't convert into the points finish he and Renault would've been after, but the signs are there that Renault are improving.

With another strong qualifying and more luck falling the Germans way, a points finish is definitely possible here in Bahrain at 4/6.

McLaren fans will not be very excited about this season as it looks as though it's going to be another grueling campaign for the Woking based outfit.

The tail end of last year showed improvement but the rules change seems to have hampered the team yet again. Both drivers retired in Shanghai and only Vandoorne crossed the finish line Melbourne. Another lousy weekend isn't out of the question and after winning on it last weekend we fancy the double DNF for the McLaren team.

Back a Stoffel Vandoorne DNF at 5/6 and a Fernando Alonso DNF at evens.

Romain Grosjean has showed the pace he has in Formula 1 and the Haas has been a great addition to the field. Not to be a team that was happy to be at the tail of the field.

They are regularly challenging for points and with someone that possesses the pace of Romain, they have good cause to be optimistic. You can get the Haas driver to finish inside the points at 10/11. And believe me, it's overdue.

Force India had a double points finish in both Melbourne and Shanghai this season. Sergio Perez being the catalyst for the team, knows how to get the best out of his machinery. The Mexican is 8/13 for a points finish. And the young Estaban Ocon, who has two 10th placed finishes to his name is at 9/4 to get a third consecutive points finish.

With both drivers finding themselves in the points at both races this year, we think its incredible that you can find a Force India double points weekend at a 4/1.
