Odds Slashed On Olivier Giroud Making Shock Dortmund Switch This Summer

Olivier Giroud could be about to swap Arsenal for Dortmund, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang likely to join Chelsea this summer, according to Ladbrokes.

Everton remain 6/4 favourites for Giroud's signature, but Borussia Dortmund have seen their odds slashed from 16/1 to just 2/1 this morning, with the bookies also making it 6/4 that Aubameyang moves to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea were once as short as 1/20 to land Romelu Lukaku before Man United sealed a deal for the Belgian striker, leaving the Blues to turn their attention elsewhere.

And the early odds suggest they may just have found the perfect alternative in the shape of Aubameyang.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: "We're strapping ourselves in for a transfer merry-go-round this summer - and it's one which could help Chelsea storm to yet another Premier League title."
