The Bournemouth striker has been in sensational form so far this season and the bookies make the Blues 2/1 favourites to be Wilson's next port of call.
The 26-year-old has found the net six times in the Premier League so far this season, that's more than Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud combined.
Everton are next in the betting at 4/1 ahead of Tottenham (9/2) and Leicester (5/1) respectively, while 8/1 says Man United make a surprise move.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: "Wilson's been in fine form this season and while Chelsea are going strong, a decent striker certainly wouldn't go amiss."
Meanwhile, the striker is hoping his recent form will result in a call-up to the England squad.
Wilson played under Gareth Southgate at under-21 level and it is believed that his assistant, Steve Holland, attended the Vitality Stadium on Saturday when the frontman bagged against Manchester United.
Speaking about the possibility of his international call-up, Wilson said: "I don't want to talk my way into the squad. I want to play my way in and focus game-by-game her for Bournemouth."
