Andy Murray has been knocked out of the Australian Open in the very first round.

Andy Murray has been dumped out of the competition by No.22 seed Roberto Bautista Agut in a grueling five-set match.

The Spaniard has beaten the former World No.1; 6-4, 6-4, 6-7, 6-7, 6-2 to secure a spot in the next round.

The pair exchanged some brilliant shots including a couple of ridiculous points from Murray.

Murray, 31, is set to retire this year. He's holding out for one last appearance at Wimbledon in the summer.
