In a miraculous turn of events, Ric Flair is back up and running, and most importantly wooing again, after a hugely concerning health scare that left him on the brink of death.

The 16-time champion was rushed into hospital last month and his condition deteriorated to the point where he was said to have been placed in a medically induced coma and forced to undergo major surgery.

Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated reported that contrary to reports, the issues did not stem from Flair's heart, and he had in fact had an "intestinal blockage" that led to part of his bowel being taken out.

However, the Nature Boy has completed a quite remarkable turnaround.

Just under two weeks ago, news emerged that the 'stylin', profilin', limousine riding, jet flying, kiss-stealing, wheelin' n' dealin' son of a gun' was awake and cut a promo on a nurse, and now the wrestling legendary has uploaded a promo to his official channels, declaring that he is "up and running" and will be seeing his fans, whose support he is incredibly thankful for, "very, very, very, very, very, very near future:"

Posting on Twitter, the 68-year old wrote: "I'm Backkkk! Thanks To Everyone For The Support These Past Couple Weeks. I Ain't Dead Yet Mother F**ckers! WOOOOO!"

In his promo Flair said: "Hey to all my fans out there, let it be known worldwide that Nature Boy is back up and running, looking as old as I can look.

"I want to tell all my fans out there thank you for all the love and support and I will see you in the very near future."

We are absolutely delighted that 'Naitch' is back and Twitter exploded with messages about Flair's recovery:
