Why on earth would you ask for this?!

Imagine getting hit in the gut by a UFC fighter. Imagine if that fighter is Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Well, for some bizarre reason, a fan wanted to feel the power of the Dagestani destroyer in the form of a body punch. Needless to say, he immediately regretted it.

Nurmagomedov has been sitting on the sideline as he nurses his injuries. A botched weight cut prevented him from competing for the interim UFC lightweight against Tony Ferguson at UFC 209.

But following Ramadan, the 28-year-old is preparing himself to make that walk to the famed Octagon, again. While he continues to train ahead of his anticipated return to the UFC, it appears he's been having some fun in the meantime.

Ouch!

Why? Just why?!

Meanwhile, UFC president Dana White has suggested that McGregor will indeed return to the promotion later this year after he gets done with the Mayweather boxing bout.

While claiming he wants to take on the 24-0 fighter. What's more, in his home country.

"That's certainly an option that I'm exploring. That would be a spectacle. It'd be like something out of Rocky," McGregor said following the London leg of the May-Mac world tour.

"I suppose this whole story is like a Rocky story, right? So why not face a man in his home country, and a crazy place like Russia. It's certainly something I'd like to do. There's a couple of options on the table so let's see what unfolds," he added.

Nurmagomedov has been hellbent on the McGregor fight for some time. He continued to call out the UFC champion after beating Michael Johnson on the under-card of McGregor bagging the 155lbs title.

The Irishman retaliated by going on record calling the undefeated fighter a 'pull-out merchant.'

In its 24 year history, the UFC have never held an event in Russia but the scenario of McGregor vs. Nurmagomedov in the freezing cold temperatures of the world's largest nation would be historic.

Make it happen, UFC.
