U.S Olympic Curler Is The Spitting Image Of Super Mario

There's a lad in the Winter Olympics who looks just like Super Mario.

Introducing U.S Olympic curler Matt Hamilton.

The Winter Olympics is underway in South Korea which includes bobsleigh and ice hockey, among many other icy-outdoory events.

Not to mention curling (our personal favourite).

And the U.S contingent have got everybody talking. Siblings Matt and Becca Hamilton are taking the sport by storm, becoming superstars in their respective field.

And not just because of their performances on the ice.

Matt, who sports a red hat and a moustache, has been drawing comparisons to legendary gaming character, and hero, Super Mario.

And just like Mr Hamilton, Super Mario himself is no stranger to curling.

Mario has combined with Sonic the Hedgehog for 'Mario & Sonic At The Winter Olympics'.

Naturally, his Mario-like attire sent social media into meltdown.

Even Matt responded to the Mario parallel.

When he steps onto the ice next, he needs to say: 'It's-a me Matt Hamilton.'
